Your enquiry.
Handled with care.
Last updated: October 29, 2026
This notice describes how information is handled on the Medgento website. It covers business enquiries, not patient services or the handling of medical records.
Information you choose to provide
The consultation form asks for your name, email address, organization, service of interest and a message. We use this information to review your enquiry, respond to you and discuss potential services. Your consent is required before the form is submitted.
Where your request goes
Enquiries are saved in a private inbox on Medgento’s hosting server, outside the publicly accessible website. Access requires authentication. If email notifications are enabled, a configured email delivery provider may process your enquiry to notify the team.
Your display and planning preferences
The theme selector stores your display preference in this browser. The motion control saves your animation preference on this device; reduced-motion settings on your device are also respected. The practice planner saves checked items on this device so you can return to them; you can reset them at any time. Service-finder answers stay in page memory and are cleared on refresh. These tools do not ask for patient information and do not submit their answers to Medgento unless you choose to include them in a consultation enquiry. Downloaded planning files remain on your device.
WhatsApp and external services
WhatsApp links open an external service. If you choose to message Medgento there, WhatsApp handles information under its own terms and privacy policy. Please use WhatsApp for business enquiries only and do not send patient information, health records, passwords or payment details. You can use our consultation form instead.
Technical information
The server may record basic request information, such as IP addresses, request paths, timestamps and response codes, to operate and protect the website. Temporary request tokens and rate limits help reduce abuse. The website does not use advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies.
Please keep patient information out
Do not submit patient names, health records, insurance identifiers, payment card details, passwords or other sensitive information. This form is not designed for medical advice, emergencies or patient communication.
Access, correction and deletion
To ask about an enquiry, correct its details or request deletion, use the contact form and include your enquiry reference if available. Please use the same business email so the team can verify the request before acting.
Retention and sharing
Enquiries are retained to handle the business conversation and related follow-up. They are accessible to authorized Medgento administrators and the hosting services needed to operate the site. They are not published on this website or used for advertising. Deletion requests can be submitted through the contact form.
Scope of this notice
Any future client engagement, access to practice systems or processing of healthcare information requires separately agreed terms and appropriate safeguards. This website notice does not make a certification or regulatory compliance claim.
